David Girton, NASM-CPT (Managing Partner & Founder)
David was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force after 13 dedicated years of contributing to the welfare of our country. Following his discharge, David worked as a Government contractor for several years while obtaining certification as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Once certified, David, a lifelong lover of sports and an advocate of healthy living, turned the vision of owning a business dedicated to those passions into a reality. David left his day job and dedicated his time and effort to the founding and operation of LiveNow Fitness, LLC. David brings 10 years of experience coaching sports and 15 years of strength training to the benefit of all age groups and fitness levels and is enthusiastic when it comes to spreading the word of fitness to everyone he touches.

Bruce Jones IFA-CPT (Managing Partner)
Bruce Jones is a Certified Personal Trainer and Managing Partner of LiveNow Fitness, LLC. Bruce has been involved in health and fitness through sports for over 30 years beginning with his participation in Texas Interscholastic sports and throughout his 12-year career in the US Air Force. Bruce served as head coach for seven years with the Jessup Provinces Youth Organization (JPYO); he has coached several teams to county championships.
In 2006 Bruce refocused his love of health and fitness through personal training. With a well-rounded background in both sports coaching and strength training, Bruce's ability to motivate others and to push them towards their personal best all work together to greatly benefit his clients. His personal approach to training is based on patience, consistency and discipline.
Bruce is not resting on his laurels; he continues to strive to gain knowledge in the field of personal as well as group training through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates & National Academy of Sports Medicine organizations.He is CPR & AED certified through the American Red Cross. When this Texas native is not motivating clients through personal or group training, Bruce spends time on his other passion – his family. He is the devoted father of two teenage sons, Marcus and Preston, and a loving husband to his wife of 16 years, Genia.
