Ingredients:
2 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 chopped red bell pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c chipotle salsa
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 T chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation:
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add bell pepper and garlic, cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
