The Best Summer Burger

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 c oats
1/3 c diced onion
1/2 c chopped spinach
2 Tbsp reduced fat shredded mexica-blend cheese(optional)
4 whole-grain buns


    Preparation:
  1. In a large bowl, add everything and mix -- your hands are the best tool -- until well blended.
  2. Form the meat into four patties.
  3. Place the burgers on a grill pan or nonstick skillet that's heated over medium high.
  4. Cook for 6 minutes per side or to the desired level of doneness.
